Bidding

Stetson Engineering, Inc. conducts the bidding and negotiation phases on all our projects. We advertise the projects, issue plans, conduct a pre-bid meeting, issue addendums if necessary and open bids on the project. We then do a bid analysis and make recommendations for award of the project.
