Computer Capabilities

Stetson Engineering, Inc utilizes PC based computers. Our firm has capabilities for computer analysis and design for Engineering and Land Surveying projects. Engineering applications include: water distribution system analysis and modeling for assistance in the design of public water supply, storage and distribution systems, horizontal and vertical alignment of roadways and earthwork quantities. Hydrology and Drainage are also analyzed with computer programs though various models.

Stetson Engineering, Inc. uses the latest versions of computer software packages that provide our clients with professional reports, presentations and designs. We use Microsoft Word for reports, studies and general correspondence regarding our clients projects. Microsoft Excel is our company standard for generating bids, project summaries and cost estimates. Design and project layout is done in Autodesk Land Desktop. Hydraulic Analysis is performed using Haested Methods Software. Stetson Engineering, Inc. routinely attends seminars to remain proficient in the use of the various computer software in which we use, providing our clients with the most up-to-date computer expertise.
